Following the phenomenal success of last year’s first ever designer sample sale – SLUXE, the much anticipated shopping event returns to Liverpool to celebrate The British Style Collective at the Hilton Hotel Liverpool1 on Saturday 8th July from 10-4pm. With a whole host of independent designers and retailers selling one off samples, summer sale goodies and new season must haves this year’s SLUXE is set to be even bigger and better.
Created for the savvy shopper SLUXE is a pop-up sample sale event featuring international designers, homegrown talent and unique lifestyle labels.
The first luxury designer sample sale of its kind to take place in Liverpool.
Established Liverpool based designers and retailers such as BestDressedSecret.com, Style Clinic, 8TH Sign, Leather Satchel Co and 2ToneFit will be selling past season collections, samples and new season collections for a fraction of the retail price whilst Radio City’s Leanne Campbell will be there promoting her favourite brands and taking part in live demos.
Founded by online luxury retailer Benna Harry and former buyer and stylist Sarah Holden, SLUXE is a celebration of independents that offers a city central platform to showcase and sell their designs to that fashion savvy customer in search of something special. As Sarah explained “Many independents can no longer afford city centre retail spaces, which is a shame for Liverpool, a city accredited or it’s creative talents both in music and fashion. Designer sample sales take place on a regular basis in London yet there is nothing of it’s kind up North.”
On Saturday 8th July during the British Style Collective, SLUXE will be hosting another one of it’s popular designer sample sales atLiverpool 1’s Hilton Hotel, a spacious venue nestled in the heart of the city’s shopping and tourist district from 10am-4pm.Visitors can browse and shop, whilst enjoying a live DJ set as well as sample the hotel’s iconic afternoon teas and cocktails with a special SLUXE discount.
