With three venues already under its successful umbrella, the Hi Kitty group is about to make a record fourth opening in less than three years, as it prepares to launch Hi Kitty this summer in the city’s bustling Berry Street. Adding to successful sites already open across the region – in Old Swan, Walton and Wallasey – this new addition to the Hi Kitty family will be bringing its unique child friendly menus, atmosphere and cultural stamp to an area known for its restaurant, food and beverage outlets.

Hi Kitty takes huge inspiration from, and is licensed by, the Japanese company Hello Kitty. With its bright instagrammable pink decor, cute branding insignia and kitsch interiors, it has won over an army of fans who adore the whole Hello Kitty vibe. As for the menu, it is all about homage to fast food to sweet treats, with their signature folded pizza sure to be a hit when city centre visitors are in need of a tasty snack.

Determined fans already adore Hi Kitty’s signature craft burgers and are impressed with their impressive dessert menu. From banoffee crepes to strawberry chocolate pots and delicious doughnuts, sweet delights are the order of the day when guests drop in for a casual treat to a birthday celebration.

A spokesperson for Hi Kitty Berry Street comments: “We are really delighted to be bringing our popular brand to such a key area in Liverpool city centre, especially as we approach the summer season.

With an established brand and reputation already running across all of our established sites in the region, we decided it was time to bring our knowledge and expertise to Berry Street, which is such a popular area for foodie fans. Liverpool has given the Hi Kitty brand and all that it stands for such a warm welcome since we launched our first venue, and we are all about mixing our fun, colourful menus with an open door to people of all demographics.

Being in such a central location adjacent to shopping areas like Liverpool One and key tourist and cultural landmarks, we are delighted to be in the mix, ensuring our visitors enjoy the full Hi Kitty experience.

As a team, we have worked so hard to prepare for our launch and as well as some great discounts on the day, after our 5pm opening, when we open our doors prepare to enjoy extra fun elements with our Hi Kitty mascots and DJ adding to the entertainment.

We are so proud of what we have achieved so far with the Hi Kitty brand across the region, and we look forward to welcoming you at our Berry Street launch. As for the future, we already have eyes on another key venue – all we can say is, watch this space!”

Hi Kitty Berry Street will launch on Friday 14th June 2024 from 5pm until late.

5pm – 9pm on Friday 14th June will see a 50% discount on all orders.
