Just over a year after its launch the Ropewalks in Liverpool City Centre company, owned by Sean Weaver and Adam Kelly, finished second in its category in both the UK and Europe for LIVE Fest, TikTok’s biggest campaign of the year.
And Adam, who streams under the name Kelldogga, was crowned Creator of the Year 2025, one of the highest recognitions and a reflection of viral momentum and year-on-year community growth.
Following LIVE Fest, the streaming sector’s own ‘World Cup’ and TikTok’s most-watched campaign for Gen Z audiences, the pair were invited to the European Award Gala in Rome which saw them pick up the Number 1 Creator Network Europe Award at the end of January. A total of 4 awards in the space of a few weeks.
This month Impact Agency was among only a handful of agencies asked to attend the Global Award Gala in Las Vegas, a testament to its success and increasing influence not just at home or in Europe but around the world.
TikTok LIVE Fest 2025* is a major global, in-app competition and celebration running from late 2025 into early 2026, honoring top creators with community-driven challenges and in-person events. The competition features regional, including UK-specific, European and Worldwide leaderboards and awards to spotlight creators, with in-person celebrations for winners.
“It means a lot to us because it’s recognition and validation of what we do,” says Sean, who also streams under the handle guardian.of.forever. The competition is tough and to get where we have has been hard. But to come into the most difficult live streaming market and continue to innovate and grow in such a short time is proof of our product and our model.”

Impact Agency helps content creators ‘turn their passion into profit’, devising custom training programmes to advance skills and grow presence. It now looks after 700 creatives – 100 more than even a few months ago – who use the TikTok platform to broadcast live video content and connect with their audience, earning millions in the process.
Its creators are among the most successful in Europe, regularly trending on TikTok’s LIVE Discovery and achieving huge success throughout the year, and its top 10 creators have seen combined audience growth of 40% in the last 90 days.
Continuing to invest in its people, Impact Agency is currently looking to recruit 10 more management positions, including expanding globally, allowing them to accommodate new high-profile clients, provide additional support to existing creators, and upskill its talent pool.
In December it hosted 20 creators in Liverpool for an immersive Christmas Weekender, fostering collaboration and forging deeper community ties; and Impact Agency continues to offer sought-after incentives – this month a £5,000 top-spec PC streaming set up and in Summer, all-expenses paid holidays to Ibiza.
