Building on the breakout success of its inaugural 2025 event, the Liverpool Independent Freshers Fair returns to Einstein Bier Haus in Concert Square on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026. This year’s edition expands its footprint significantly, scaling up to host 120 brand exhibitors and welcoming an expected 5,000 students—doubling the attendance of last year’s debut.
The 2025 launch brought together more than 70 exhibitors and 2,500 students. For 2026, organizers have expanded the venue footprint to accommodate an upgraded lineup of local favourites alongside major global brands. Attendees can look forward to exclusive student discounts, massive giveaways, and thousands of freebies throughout the day.

“Last year was our first Independent Freshers Fair, and we were blown away by the response from both exhibitors and students,” said Philip Gillespie, spokesperson for the Liverpool Independent Freshers Fair. “This year, we’ve significantly expanded the footprint to make the event bigger and better. The feedback has been fantastic, and we are gearing up for another incredible day in this brilliant student city.”
