Liverpool Fever Fest is coming to Croxteth Country Park on August Bank Holiday 2016. The event will take place on Sunday 28th August and will be a ticketed event in stunning circus-style tents providing guests with the best 70s, 80s & 90s classic dance hits. There will also be a “silent disco” taking place in tent number 2 with a great mix of House Music playing.
The event takes place with the stunning backdrop of Croxteth Country Park mansion on the back lawn and starts from 2pm until 11pm. There is a full license and the event is 18+. DJ’s already confirmed for the event include Garlands legend Dave Booth, 3 Beat and former Juice FM jock Thomas Tuft and Liverpool’s own Mark Armstrong. Dave Booth, who was the original Stone Roses DJ, resident in the famous Manchester Club Hacianda and has played around the world for over 30 years, commented “I have played in various parts of the world but there is something about the disco vibe that is electric and it’s on our doorstep. I am looking forward to being part of the festival and the future plans to expand”.
Event Director Neil Riley from Absolute Lighting & Events said “We look forward to offering something a little different this coming bank holiday weekend in the fantastic setting that is Croxteth Country Park. The team and I have work tirelessly with the mansion staff as well as promoters, the council and a great line up of DJ’s to make this event happen. Demand for tickets has been amazing and it looks all set to be a great day.”
