Liverpool independent venues Abbey Road Bar & Kitchen and their sister sites, Harrison’s Hotel Bar & Kitchen , Jawbone Tavern and the latest addition, Crosby Village based Murphy’s Tavern, will be running their annual Easter Egg Appeal for local kids and families again this March and April.
Starting from Friday 28th March and running right up to Thursday 17th April. Members of the public can kindly donate Easter Eggs to support families who may be struggling this Easter. All eggs dropped off at either of the 4 venues will be matched by the group and then distributed to local community centres for families and kids in need of support in these harsh cost of living times we are currently living in. Whether it be one egg or a bag of eggs everything helps.
There is also a Go Fund page, where any donations made will be matched and Easter Eggs purchased with the said funds.

“This is now our fourth year now we have run this Easter Egg Appeal and each year we have been blown away by the generosity of our patrons and local people across the city. Sadly wages are not going up and families are suffering across the region with the cost of living crisis. All of our sites are very socially aware and for anyone who would like to make a donation, please just call into one of our venues and drop an egg(s) off at the bar. We would like to thank everyone who helps out as this is all about help and support for local kids at Easter.”
