Shop Direct Home Shopping, the online division for and, will continue to be based at the site and plans for the rest of the commercial site are not yet known, but will be announced in the first quarter of 2017.
Commenting on the purchase Craig Blackwell “It gives us great pleasure to announce the purchase of this iconic site on Old Hall Street. The site is positioned, as we see it, at the gateway to the central business district of Liverpool City Centre. With outlooks across to the city and the river Mersey this sits in a key position on the city landscape.”
