As Liverpool has enjoyed an historic cultural weekend and prepares to welcome further guests as current restrictions begin to lift further from 17th May, luxury apartment and party pad specialist, iStay Liverpool, are preparing for two exciting launches to add to their already burgeoning portfolio, which currently includes bases in Temple Court, Water Street, Duke Street, Rodney Street and The Merchant, which is their boutique Apart Hotel.

iStay Liverpool are planning to add to their business model as they are currently moving into the bar industry themselves, this time launching their first bar, Tres, underneath their Uno building in Temple Court. The site was operated by  Maida Vale until closing last year.  The group’s flagship accommodation, already a gateway to the city’s legendary Cavern Quarter and Mathew Street, has earned a great reputation for upmarket luxury stays, with each apartment setting a standard in contemporary decor, modern styling and spacious, fully equipped living, dining and bathroom areas. iStay Liverpool have set a benchmark by ensuring that every location across the group meets the same premium standard.

Ann Chambers, Director of iStay Liverpool said: “We are so thrilled to be launching our new venture Tres, as this will mean our guests will be able to enjoy drinks and cocktails with us for the whole evening, or as part of their night out. Tres is conveniently located under our Temple Court development and adds another bolt-on to our offerings in the city.  We welcome guests from all over and with this year sure to be the most popular for staycations, we wanted to offer something more for guests. The bar will host events for clients like cocktail masterclasses as well as being open to the general public, too. The aim is for this to be ready sometime after May 17th to coincide with Step 3 on the government roadmap when indoor hospitality can re-open indoors.”

As Liverpool continues to prepare itself for an influx of visitors, as local city dwellers also plan their own staycation breaks, iStay Liverpool are anticipating that their new bar launch, Tres, will bring further success to add to their already hugely popular and established locations. With more sites in the pipeline Ann added: “We have been established just over two years now and the first few years in business could not have been more different, with the pandemic hitting everyone over the last year or so. My team has been fantastic and continued to work on projects behind the scenes, putting in the work so we could come back stronger than ever. 2021/22 looks fantastic for the hospitality industry in Liverpool as the city aims to make up for many key events recently missed, and the iStay Liverpool brand aims to be a big part of this.”
