Access to Work Programme
3 year Programme. Supporting 803 beneficiaries into employment or training, of which 60 will be supported on 12 month programme
NSC will work with Partner Organisations to deliver the programme:
(Liverpool Mutual Homes, Local Solutions, North Liverpool Regeneration Company, Greenbank Project, Merseyside Fire Support Network, St Helen’s Chamber of Commerce, RAISE.

ESF and YEI (Youth Employment Initiative) funded
26 week programme,(or 52 week programme as above), training allowance paid at National Minimum wage rate:
25 plus-£7.20
21 plus £6.95
18-20-£5.55
Under 18-£4.00
ESF and YEI contribute 73% of beneficiaries training allowance.

Eligibility –People with barriers to employment aged 16-29.
NEET-Not in Employment, Education or Training
Unemployed
Claiming sickness benefit.
60 beneficiaries will be place on 12 month programme.
Offenders
Young people with learning difficulties or disabilities
Care Leavers (young people who have been in care and have reached 18 years of age)

Each beneficiary will agree a Learning and Development Plan.
