This summer, Bold Street’s luxury rodízio restaurant and bar, Coco Brazil, is set to shake up the city’s vibrant drinks scene by launching Liverpool’s first-ever Bubble Tea Cocktail Menu.

Arriving this July 2026, the innovative new menu blends the playful textures of traditional Taiwanese boba with the sophisticated, fiery flavours of premium Brazilian mixology. Spanning two stunning floors of tropical greenery and warm copper tones, the venue is expanding its renowned drinks program to offer a completely unique, multi-sensory drinking experience.

Specially created by the team at Coco Brazil, the limited-edition summer collection features tropical fruits, high-quality cachaça, vodkas, and rums, all perfectly paired with popping boba and traditional tapioca pearls.

“I’ve always loved bubble tea; whenever I visited a shop, I’d order one. I’m also a big fan of cocktails, so one day I thought: why not combine the two?

“I began experimenting with various cocktails and fruit pearls, tasting unique flavour combinations and adjusting them until they complemented each other perfectly. Once I hit on the recipes I loved, the Bubble Cocktail Collection was born.

“The fruit pearls we use come directly from Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea. I wanted to bring those authentic ingredients to Liverpool while creating something completely new and exciting.
