Wirral based Andrew’s Estates has acquired Huyton Roberts, an estate agency based on Allport Lane in Bromborough Village. The acquisition places Andrew’s Estates in the position of largest independent estate and letting agency in the area. In its eighth year of trading, Andrew’s Estates now operates from eight branches throughout Wirral.
In-keeping with company policy and following the form of previous acquisitions, the group has retained the branch’s existing staff, while also introducing some new team members, to ensure continuity of service coupled with a smooth transition. The acquisition now complete, this transition is expected to take around four weeks to complete.
Andrew’s Estates is pleased to be retaining the employment of branch manager and Bromborough local Steve Grundy. Steve has amassed 15 years of industry experience and spent the past six of those years as manager of Huyton Roberts.
