Liverpool letting agency Belvoir is expanding into a new city centre premises. After trading from its office on Cheapside for 7 years, the agency has now acquired a new, prominently positioned shop front on Sir Thomas Street. This move into a larger, newly refurbished space coincides with the launch of Belvoir Liverpool’s new sales division, which will specialise in buy-to-let properties.

With over 150 offices nationwide, Belvoir is one of the UK’s leading letting agency franchises. Local agent Adam Rastall opened Belvoir’s first local office, in West Derby, ten years ago. He followed this shortly after by recruiting childhood friend Paul Rice to become his business partner. Paul opened the city centre office in 2008.

Paul and Adam’s local market knowledge, combined with the brand’s national reputation, have seen Belvoir thrive in Liverpool’s buoyant rental market. Now record numbers of city centre residents and the new property developments springing up on every corner mean the time is right for the business to move its flagship office to a busier high street location.

From their new office at 20 Sir Thomas Street, Belvoir Liverpool Central will be showcasing an updated brand identity, as well as launching a sales division. Capitalising on team’s vast letting and management experience, Belvoir will offer a specialist sales service that caters specifically to the requirements of landlords.

Paul Rice, Director of Belvoir Liverpool said:

“We are very pleased to be taking up this new position of Liverpool’s buy-to-let sales specialist. Ours is a vibrant city that is attracting increasing numbers of developers and investors all the time. We already work with many of them – finding tenants and managing their properties. The addition of this new service will allow us to meet a far wider range of their property needs in-house.

“Our new office on Sir Thomas Street is a welcoming, comfortable space to meet with clients. We have only been in a couple of days and it is already attracting more enquiries from people dropping in as they pass – which is exactly what we hoped for. These are exciting times for Belvoir Liverpool.”
