When it comes to the very best dining, Bistro Pierre may have the reputation as being a hidden gem, but it has more than earned its place in the hearts of those who love to eat out in the bustling Cavern Quarter, whilst being transported to a vibe that is more than a trip to Paris. The new festive menu is being launched due to a popular year-round customer base who want to arrange their get-togethers in advance: from work colleagues, to friendship groups, to family meals, guests can now book in from early November to ensure they start the festive season in style. WIth delicious entrees on offer, including Brit Frit to Saumon en Croûte, there are a variety of vegan and gluten-free options also to keep tastebuds tantalised. General Manager of Bistro Pierre Daniela Giuliannelli explains: “Due to popular demand, the festive season is definitely coming early to Bistro Pierre this year. As we move towards four decades in business, our beautiful restaurant here in Button Street remains right at the heart of Liverpool’s bustling retail, leisure and nightlife quarter. So whether it’s a spot of lunch or a pre-party meal, we have opened up to Christmas bookings early to make sure we can fit everyone in.
The Three Best award is something we are really proud of as a team – it is an independent panel who carry out a 50-point inspection, which covers areas such as service, satisfaction, trust, price and trading excellence, and we performed excellently across every single area of assessment.
Of course, our regular menus are still here to select from, as well as our extensive wine, spirits and drinks provisions. We are delighted that our guests from Liverpool city region return to us, and we always welcome new clients and those visiting our wonderful city – while we like to think we are now a part of its history, let’s just say we won’t be resting on our festive laurels – we look forward to making sure everyone’s party season starts in the French style we have become known for.”
