Little Sutton has a new estate agent! Andrew ESTATES arrived on Chester Road just before Christmas and was officially opened for business on the 16th January by the Mayor of Ellesmere Port Cllr Bob Compton. This is the third site in the Andrew ESTATES group with other offices in Prenton as well as Neston. The new estate agency will see the creation of 3 jobs now with a potential for 2 more to follow.

Guests including local builders, solicitors, architects, press and landlords of the agents all enjoyed canapés and drinks while the Mayor officially opened the shop at 5:30 by cutting the ribbon.

Andrew Smith, Managing Director and the founder of Andrew ESTATES said “Since the brand began in 2010 with the launch of the Neston office we then followed in 2012 with the Prenton office, with my aim to have the 3 corners of Wirral and Cheshire tied up. We have now achieved this with the opening of the Little Sutton Office. This office will concentrate on Little Sutton and Ellesmere Port especially and the new team of staff have over 15 years worth of experience.”

Andrew continues “We like to market our properties in both modern and traditional methods and this includes our very own monthly property newspaper delivered door to door to over 50,000 homes across the Wirral & Cheshire area, all at no extra charge. Our new estate agent office is very creative and fresh in design and innovation to enhance the client experience.”

At Andrew ESTATES the aim is to treat every client with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Andrew adds “There is a large team of highly experienced, professional staff which enables the company to sell the highest volume of property without compromising on service standards. The creation of local jobs is something that gives me great pride. We are pleased that as the economy slowly begins to turn around for the better we can assist this in our own way with the creation of 3 new jobs in Little Sutton. In the next 6 months there will be the scope for more to follow.”
